All Rentals Must End By 11pm
ALL MONIES OWED ARE DUE TWO (2) WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT.
(Any services contracted up to this point can be adjusted at this time)
No Music shall be loud enough to be heard from adjoining properties
(Bartender has the right to have music turned down at anytime if it gets to loud)
No Table confetti or table glitter is allowed in either hall.
(table gems are allowed)
Bar closes 15 minutes before all parties end.
ADULTS MUST SUPERVISE ALL CHILDERN AT ALL TIMES.
(No playing on steps inside or playing outside after dark)
Deposits will be returned by check within (2-4) weeks after the event, If the club is satisfied that no damages have been incurred.
Six (6) week notice is necessary to receive full refund. After six (6) weeks, the club is the sole determiner of any refunds of deposits.
You are responsible for cleaning up after your party. The hall must have the tables cleared and wiped down, all cups and large trash must be picked up from hall floor, the kitchen (if used) must be cleaned and swept. All trash must be taken out.
The club will setup and breakdown tables and chairs, sweep and mop after your party
